As a final capstone project, three students worked together to create their thesis short film. The film explores themes jealousy, solitude, and fear. An ode to some of our favorite horror films, we delved deep into the makings of the genre. The film is currently in the festival circuit and is a finalist for the LA Student Film Fest.

Bubjan' chronicles the journey of Parwiz Zafari, a former member of the Iranian parliament who dedicated his life to cultivating a progressive, modern, and free society in Iran - before the rise of the Islamic Republic eclipsed those aspirations in 1979, and forced him to leave behind everything he knew.
